Welcome to a restorative, nourishing holiday.
Eve Warren, Life-Work Coach, will lead supportive, insightful and practical sessions and activities throughout the week. You will learn about the foundations of wellbeing and how to apply them in your life, to sustain and nourish yourself, now and into the future.
In this gentle, thought-provoking and affirming week, there’ll be opportunities for rest and reflection, swimming and walking, group sessions and personal time, quiet space, reading and conversation. You’ll learn some life-enhancing skills and the simple steps that will make a difference. And you will leave with a renewed sense of wellbeing – and an understanding of how you can continue the benefits once you are home.
Swim in bays of turquoise and green and blues of every hue; maybe try snorkeling for the first time, maybe you will spot a loggerhead turtle or maybe you will simply float in clear waters. Be nourished by a wide variety of foods cooked using local ingredients every day by our onboard chef.
It’s good for the body, mind and soul. Let us welcome you onboard.

Overview Marmaris – Fethiye*
Our flexible itnerary will allow for at least one singing session each day, often more; with the opportunity to hike on at least 3 days if you want.
Day 1 Arrive in Marmaris. Join the gulet and settle into your cabin before dinner. The Turkish kitchen is very diverse and these meal choices are described to give you an idea of the variety of foods prepared for you
Day 2 After having your Turkish breakfast onboard we take a short cruise across the bay for your first opportunity to swim. Dinner of Sea Bass, Aubergine meze, Purslane and Yoghurt salad, Green salad
Day 3 A wonderful day of cruising amongst reedbeds to the village of Candir where we can visit the garden of a once nomadic family and see their artefacts which have been handed down over generations; see the ancient ruins of Kaunos and Lycian tombs; visit the mudbaths and thermal pools.
Day 4 An early cruise sees us in another turquoise bay where you can snorkel or join us hiking in the footsteps of Romans – they once moored their ships here some 2000 years ago. Later we will cruise around to the sunken ruins of Cleopatra’s Bath. Delicious lunch of Green Peppers stuffed with rice and tomatoes, Courgette and Aubergine Salad served with yoghurt
Day 5 Overlooked by Lycian tombs, the atmospheric bay of Bedri Rahmi sets the scene for a pre breakfast swim. Delicious lunch of Green Beans in Tomato Sauce
Day 6 Plenty of opportunity to swim and snorkel or just relax as we cruise from one bay to another. Dinner of Dalyan Kofte , Roasted Cauliflower with Garlic Yoghurt, Broad Bean Salad
Day 7 A day of cruising and relaxation. Healthy lunch of Chickpeas and Lamb in a fresh Tomato sauce, bulgur wheat and salad. Opportunity to see Fethiye.
Day 8 Say your goodbyes to the Captain and crew after breakfast.

Smaller than you’d expect in a hotel but larger than on a sailing yacht, they are handcrafted from mahogany, iroko, teak and pine and have a small wardrobe with storage under the bed for luggage. Every cabin has a private en-suite bathroom with toilet, hand basin and shower; hot water is available in the evenings. One bath towel and one hand towel are provided; a beach towel is also provided.
With plenty of sunbeds on the fore and aft decks choose how to relax; sunbathing, reading, chatting or perhaps you’ll even sleep here under the stars. Meals are usually taken on the aft deck where you have a different view for almost every meal.

Those who would like to walk can join us once or twice during the cruise; pine forests and olive groves invariably invite us to be mindful enabling us to take note of birdsong, the breeze rustling in the trees, the gentle sound of waves lapping against the shore.
You will need to wear hiking boots or shoes and bring a small backpack to hold your water. Hiking poles are very useful on rocky terrain as is a refillable, reusable container for water.
