We enjoy a varied itinerary on the Massage Cruise; seeking out quieter bays wherever possible. Our experienced female Massage Therapist will co-ordinate the massage programme.
DAY 1 MARMARIS
With its vibrant nightlife and shopping there’s plenty to see in Marmaris. Cabins are ready from 4pm although luggage can be dropped off earlier if needed. Service starts with Dinner onboard followed by an overnight stay in port.
DAY 2 MARMARIS—EKINCIK GULF—DALYAN
After breakfast, you’ll be given information about the cruise and onboard safety before cruising for a couple of hours to take lunch, swim and perhaps have the first massage of your holiday in a small bay in the Ekincik Gulf. Join the optional Dalyan Tour for the afternoon. Take a riverboat up the beautiful Dalyan River past the ancient burial tombs high in the rocks and onto the mudbaths, stop off at the village of Dalyan before spending time on Iztuzu beach, home of Loggerhead Turtles before returning to the gulet for the evening. Dinner and overnight stay in Ekincik Gulf.
DAY 3 ADALI BAY—MANASTIR—TERSANE
See the sunrise as we leave for our early start, cruising for around 3 hours towards the Fethiye Gulf. We will anchor at Adali Bay for breakfast. Later in the morning we will move on to Manastir (Monastery) Bay, also known as Cleopatra’s Bay and see the beautiful underwater ruins.
DAY 4 BEDRI RAMI—KIZIL ADA
After breakfast we will cruise to Bedri Rami named after a Turkish artist who took inspiration for his art from this area. Plenty of time for swimming, massages and relaxation before moving on to Kizil Ada (Red Island) for the evening.
DAY 5 KATRANCI – GOCEK ISLAND
We anchor amongst the Gocek Islands, where the James Bond film Skyfall was shot.
DAY 6 YASSICA ISLAND—DOMUZ ISLAND—AGA LIMANI
While cruising through these beautiful islands we anchor at Yassica Island. Afterwards we will go to Domuz Island then onto Aga Limani for our overnight stay.
DAY 7 KUMLUBUK—CENNET ISLAND—MARMARIS
An early morning start sees us taking breakfast in Kumlubuk Bay. We’ll then go to Cennet Island for lunch before returning to Marmaris around 4pm. There will be an opportunity to go to the Turkish Baths before dinner and enjoying the nightlife in Marmaris.
DAY 8 MARMARIS
Our last breakfast in port and then it is time to say goodbye until we meet you again.
Our itinerary is flexible and open to change but we hope this example describes a little glimpse of our beautiful coastline.
*Cruise will start/finish in Marmaris, Fethiye or Bozburun
*Local airport is Dalaman
Depending on sea and weather conditions, Meridian Travels & Yachting reserves the right to make necessary changes to the tour itinerary to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests. The Captain’s decision is final.
As if laying on the deck under the awnings and blue skies wasn’t enough, a qualified Massage Therapist joins us onboard to give the ultimate week of indulgence.
You’ll be wonderfully spoilt with 3 or 4 massage treatments including a Full Body Massage. She will consult with you to see whether you have any specific areas that need some attention or whether you simply need massages for rest and relaxation.
Treatments will generally take place on a massage bed on deck, so you can lie back, relax and listen to the sound of waves gently lapping the side of the boat as all the stresses and strains of daily life dissolve away.
In between cruising, the boat will be moored in small coves and bays so you can enjoy swimming, snorkelling or just floating in the warm, clear turquoise Aegean sea. Or just spend time relaxing with a good book and interesting conversation.
Cabins on a gulet are smaller than you’d expect in a hotel but larger than a sailing yacht. They are handcrafted from mahogany, oak, pine and teak, clean and have a small wardrobe with a little storage for luggage.
Every cabin has a private en-suite bathroom with toilet, shower and hot water in the evenings. One bath towel and one hand towel are provided, please bring your own beach towel.
With plenty of sunbeds on the fore and aft decks choose how to relax; sunbathing, reading, chatting or perhaps you’ll even sleep here under the stars. Meals are usually taken on the aft deck where you have a different view for almost every meal.
There’s a well-stocked bar with reasonably priced soft and alcoholic drinks. Please do not bring your own drinks onboard.
*NOTE: Air-conditioning can be in use up to 4 hours daily, the use of A/C in harbours is strictly forbidden.
