A spectacular one-way cruise starting in the Turkish Mediterranean and  finishing in the Turkish Aegean onboard this modern luxury 43m gulet Boreas, seldom available for cabin charter.

We will leave Fethiye, cruise the Gocek Islands, Fethiye Gulf and Gokova Gulf  before arriving in Bodrum. The local airports are Dalaman for Fethiye and Bodrum airport for Bodrum.

What you need to know

 Type of boat: Cabin with ensuite bathroom onboard Luxury gulet Boreas for 7 nights/8 days.
Airconditioning for up to 4 hours (except when in port)
 Full Board: Turkish Breakfast, Cooked Lunch, Afternoon Tea and Biscuits, Cooked Dinner starting with dinner on day 1; finishing with breakfast on day 8.
 Embarkation: Fethiye Port from 16:30 pm, ideally before 18:30
 Disembarkation: Bodrum Port, after breakfast, before 10:00 am. Luggage can be stored for you.
 Optional Excursions: Local Village Tour, Turkish bath

  • Turkish breakfast: cheeses, eggs, tomatoes, cucumber, jam, honey, bread, tea and coffee. 
  • Lunch: A cooked lunch followed by fruit.
  • Afternoon tea & biscuits
  • Dinner: includes Mezes, main course, salad and dessert of fruit (excluding dinner on the last night)

Vegetarians are easily catered for. Please advise of any dietary requirements at time of booking.

Cabin: 7 nights in a twin or double cabin with ensuite private bathroom

Diesel: 3-4 hours cruising per day

Crew: food and wages

Air-conditioning: Air-conditioning can be in use up to 4 hours daily during hotter months, generally in the evening so you can shower in comfort. Please note the use of A/C in port is strictly forbidden and will not operate after midnight.

Flights: Please book your own flights.   Dalaman airport for Fethiye. Bodrum Airport for cruises from Bodrum. 

Transfer: Travel from Dalaman to Fethiye and  Bodrum port to Bodrum airport. Transfers can be arranged.

Port fees: £70 per person, payable in cash upon embarkation. (Port fees cover water/electricity usage, port procedures, transitlog formalities, etc.)

Turkish Bath: book onboard.

Village Tour: book onboard.

Dinner: on the last evening dinner isn’t included.

Drinks: there is a reasonably priced bar onboard stocked with water, soft and alcoholic drinks including beer, wine and spirits. Please do not bring your own drinks onboard.

Tips for the Crew. Tips are optional and discretionary – but if you have enjoyed your holiday a suggested recommendation is £50 per traveller for the week

Travel Insurance: please remember to arrange your own travel insurance and provide a copy to the Captain on arrival.

We recommend that travellers book their transfers directly with us because occasionally the start/finish ports can change at the last minute due to weather conditions. If transfers are booked with us it is easy for us to ensure travellers are delivered to the correct port.

Cabins are ready from 4pm although luggage can be dropped off earlier if needed. Service starts with Dinner onboard followed by an overnight stay in Marmaris port.

DAY 1 FETHIYE

Welcome to gulet Admiral  by checking-in to your comfortable cabins from 16:00  in Fethiye port. You will have free time to visit the old shopping area of Paspatur before a wonderful dinner on the aft deck. If all guests arrive before 18:30 your gulet will leave port and cruise to a nearby cove for the evening.

Day 2: SUNKEN BATH – EKINCIK

At the first light of dawn, we set sail for the sunken ruins of an ancient bath, said to have been gifted by Marc Anthony to Cleopatra on the event of their wedding. Swim or snorkel around these sunken ruins before cruising on to turquoise coves held by pine clad mountains around Ekincik.

Day 3: EKINCIK – DALYAN – MARMARIS

The morning starts with breakfast in the tranquil bay of Semizce, surrounded by the fresh scent of pine trees and oxygen-rich air. with plenty of time for a swim or a stroll round to the beach or take an optional river cruise before lunch. Early afternoon, we will head towards Marmaris for dinner and overnight stay. After dinner you’ll have chance to experience Marmaris’ sparkling nightlife.

Optional Dalyan Excursion
This tour along the Dalyan river is an exploration without a Guide but you will have a capatin. This tour takes place on small riverboats perfectly suitable for the shallower waters of the river, with a photo stop at the famous Lycian tombs. Explore the ancient city of Kaunos, and enjoy the golden sands of Iztuzu beach, nesting grounds of the loggerhead turtles (Caretta Caretta).

Guests not participating in the optional tour can relax on the yacht, enjoy the sea and spend a peaceful day in this serene environment.

Day 4: MARMARIS – CIFTLIK – BOZUKKALE

We will leave Marmaris port early in the morning and cruise to Ciftlik known for it’s clear turquoise waters and tranquility. Here we greet the day with a delicious breakfast and have time to swim and snorkel these crystal clear waters before moving on to Bozukkale. In this magnificent bay surrounded by traces of ancient history you will enjoy a delicious lunch with plenty of relaxation time as we stay overnight in Bozukkale so you can enjoy the peace and tranquility.

Day 5: BOZUKKALE – BOZBURUN – DATCA

After breakfast, we cruise towards Bozburun, famous for its many coves and bays of turquoise and blues, before continuing past the Greek island of Symi on our way to Datca where we will stay overnight. This small town with its historic houses and cobblestone streets is full of charm and you are bound to feel the spirit of the Aegean. Dinner will be served on the boat.

Day 6: DATCA – KNIDOS

In the morning, we will cruise to the ancient site of Knidos, one of the significant centres of ancient Greek civilisation and witness the legend of the statue of Aphrodite, stroll along ancient pavements and sit in the recently restored amphitheatre.  At this point where the Aegean and the Mediterranean meet, history and nature are intertwined. We anchor in Knidos for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7: KNIDOS – POYRAZ BAY– BODRUM

After a leisurely breakfast, we will head to one of Bodrum’s most beautiful coves, Poyraz Bay. After a swimming break and a pleasant lunch we will head into Bodrum harbour. Bodrum’s historic castle,  vibrant nightlife and shopping streets will colour your evening. Dinner will not be served on the boat this evening giving you the chance to explore the vibrancy of Bodrum.

Day 8: BODRUM

After breakfast, we reach the end of this unforgettable journey, it’s time to say your goodbyes to Gulet Admiral, the captain, crew and your new friends. Disembarkation by 10:00 after breakfast.

Gulet Boreas is a spacious gulet which has been fitted out with a more modern esthetic. Handcrafted from mahogany, oak, pine and teak cabins have a small wardrobe with a some storage for luggage. Please bring luggage with wheels for your convenience walking around port.

Every cabin has a private en-suite bathroom with toilet,  shower and hot water in the evenings. Bathroom towels are provided.

This spacious gulet has plenty sunbeds and seating areas on the fore and aft decks so you can choose how to relax; sunbathing, reading, chatting or perhaps you’ll even sleep here under the stars. Meals are usually taken on the aft deck where you have a different view for almost every meal.

There’s a well-stocked bar with reasonably priced soft and alcoholic drinks. Please do not bring your own drinks onboard.
