We understand these are uncertain times but with our Flexible Booking Promise you can book your next gulet holiday with confidence.
You will be asked to pay a deposit to reserve a place on the trip.
If the holiday is cancelled because the UK government restricts travel by placing Turkey on what is currently known as the Red List, your deposit and any other monies you have paid will be returned to you.
If you have paid your deposit and the trip doesn’t go ahead because not enough people have booked then any monies you have paid will be refunded.
However, if you are choosing to cancel your place for any reason then the existing cancellation terms apply which mean you remain liable for paying the full balance for your holiday – any payments made will not be refunded (unless your place can be filled – see full terms and conditions).
NEW: Final Balance Flexibility
Rather than automatically asking guests to pay their final balance in line with our terms and conditions, we shall only ask you to pay your final balance if Turkey isn’t on the UK government’s “Red List”
If Turkey is placed on the UK government’s “Red List” before departure your monies will be refunded.
Travel Insurance
As always, please ensure that you obtain travel insurance appropriate for your holiday. Check your policy for the scope of cover.
Flights
Your flights are a separate matter between you and the airline. If your holiday is cancelled for any reason you must liaise directly with the airline. Meridian Travels & Yachting is not responsible for refunding your flight for any reason.
