DAY 1 MARMARIS With its vibrant nightlife and shopping there’s plenty to see in Marmaris. Cabins are ready from 4pm although luggage can be dropped off earlier if needed. Service starts with Dinner onboard followed by an overnight stay in Marmaris port. DAY 2 ARAP ISLAND—BOZUKKALE After breakfast, you’ll be given information about the cruise and onboard safety before cruising to take lunch and your first swim in a small bay at Arap Island. Later in the day we’ll move onto Bozukkale, which translates to Broken Castle so you won’t be surprised to see the ruins of the castle from the Crusades. Dinner and overnight stay in Bozukkale. DAY 3 BOZBURUN After breakfast and swimming we will leave for a cove close to the pretty boat building town of Bozburun. Gulets are still handcrafted in these boatyards. DAY 4 BENCIK A leisurely morning before we head towards the pretty cove of Bencik with its’ unusual rock formations, great for snorkeling. Take a short walk up the hill where you can see fantastic views of Gokova and Hisaronu Bays. We will then move onto Datca where you can take the time for shopping or visit the many bars and restaurants. DAY 5 SYMI After finishing the customs formalities we will cruise across to the Greek Island of Symi. The landscape is very barren because there isn’t a fresh water supply on the island. But the villagers have created a very pretty village with pastel coloured houses featured on many postcards and paintings. DAY 6 RHODES After breakfast in the port of Symi we will cruise to Rhodes, arriving in the early afternoon. There’s plenty of time to walk the ancient cobbled streets of the old port full of shops selling beautiful handicrafts, jewellery and clothes. Follow the footsteps of the ancients, perhaps even take a ride out to see the Temple of Apollo in this fascinating city. Enjoy a great night out in these atmospheric surroundings. DAY 7 MARMARIS Cross the channel back to Turkey where we will anchor in a small bay outside of Marmaris. Plenty of tie to swim and relax before we return to Marmaris port for the evening. DAY 8 MARMARIS Our last breakfast in port and then it is time to say goodbye until we meet you again. |
